Terms of Service for Bruto Mockups

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Bruto Mockups (“we,” “us,” “our”), you (“you,” “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Definitions

“Digital Products”: Downloadable mockup files (PSD, ZIP, JPG, etc.) sold on our site.
“Order”: Your request to purchase one or more Digital Products.
“Account”: Your user account on brutomockups.com, if you choose to create one.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By placing an Order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payment is due at the time of Order. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Orders are processed instantly; once payment is confirmed, your download link is generated.

5. License Grant & Restrictions

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products according to the License Type you selected (Personal, Commercial, Extended).
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw mockup files or license keys.
You may use the mockups to create end-products for yourself or your clients, subject to your chosen license’s scope.

6. Intellectual Property

All mockup designs, source files, and associated content remain the sole property of Bruto Mockups and its creator, Malena Pérez. No ownership of the underlying assets is transferred by purchase—only a limited usage license is granted.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Circumvent or disable any digital rights management or download limits.
Use our site for illegal activities or to infringe any intellectual property rights.
Upload viruses, malware, or any code that could harm our services or other users.

8. Account Security

If you create an Account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, without notice. Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay any outstanding fees.

10. Disclaimers

NO WARRANTIES: Our Digital Products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
TECHNICAL ISSUES: We are not liable for download failures due to your network, hardware, or software environment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bruto Mockups and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our Digital Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an Order is limited to the amount you paid for that Order.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend you review this page periodically.
