Bruto Mockups – Digital Products Return & Refund Policy

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
Words with initial capital letters have specific meanings defined below.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:

  • “You” means the individual or legal entity purchasing or downloading our digital mockups.

  • “We,” “Us” or “Our” means Bruto Mockups, founded and operated by Malena Pérez, Argentina.

  • “Digital Products” means any mockup file (PSD, ZIP, JPG, etc.) sold or delivered instantly upon payment.

  • “Order” means Your request to purchase one or more Digital Products from us.

  • “Contract” means the agreement formed when we accept Your Order.

2. General Rule – All Sales Final

  1. No Returns on Digital Products.
    All sales of our Digital Products are final. Once You complete checkout and the files become available for download, we cannot “take back” a copy.

  2. Immediate Delivery.
    Because Digital Products are delivered instantly (or via expiring download links), there is no physical return or recovery of the product.

3. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

  1. 14-Day Withdrawal.
    Notwithstanding the above, consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of the Contract.

  2. To Exercise Your Right
    Send us an email to brutomockups@gmail.com with:

    • Your full name and order number

    • A clear statement that You wish to withdraw from the Contract

    • The date of Your Order

  3. Consequences of Withdrawal

    • We will refund the full amount paid using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving Your notice.

    • Your license to use and download the Digital Products is immediately revoked, and You must delete all copies, including backups, from Your devices.

4. Waiver of Withdrawal Right

By placing an Order for Digital Products and acknowledging that they will be delivered immediately, You explicitly waive Your right of withdrawal once the download starts. This waiver is presented and accepted at checkout.

5. Refund Eligibility

We will issue a refund only if:

  • A download link fails to work due to a technical error on our end (e.g., corrupted file, broken link).

  • We are otherwise legally required to refund under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You simply change Your mind.

  • The product does not meet specific personal needs or preferences.

  • You experience a learning curve or lack time to use the mockups.

  • You find alternative mockups or solutions elsewhere.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us at brutomockups@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of Your Order, describing the issue.

  2. We’ll investigate and, if the problem is due to our error, process a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.

  3. If approved, You will receive a confirmation email and see the refund on Your statement in 1–2 billing cycles.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If You haven’t received Your refund within 14 days after approval:

  1. Check Your bank or payment account again.

  2. Contact Your payment provider—it may take additional time to post the refund.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at brutomockups@gmail.com with details of the refund approval.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update or modify this Policy at any time. We will post revisions here with a new “Last updated” date. You may request the latest version at any time by emailing brutomockups@gmail.com

By placing an Order with Bruto Mockups, You confirm that You have read, understood and agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.
